A big part of what we do as Vineyard Worship is connecting people up. Leading worship can be a very vulnerable place, and so connection with others is essential. We work with the regions of Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland to develop connection of local worship ministries, enabling relationship, support, and shared learning.

Vineyard Worship Team
Jon Solway
(Director of Worship Development)
Jon Solway is the Director of Worship Development and oversees the regional team, training and has national oversight for Worship development.
Joff Alexander-Frye
(Worship Label Manager)
Joff is the Label Manager for the UK & Ireland, responsible for investing in songwriters, developing and releasing new songs and managing our back catalogue of over 500 songs.
