We long to see new churches planted throughout Scotland and the world.
Our commitment to this call and to this vision is the creation of Catalyst Vineyard Leadership Academy where we look to invest, equip and release emerging leaders & church planters into the fullness of all that God has for them. Our 10 month program runs from September to June and through it we look to help our students build a strong WHOLEHEARTED foundation, fully committed to knowing, building and seeking: Christ, His Church and the lost.
During the course students have the chance to shadow, learn from, and work alongside experienced leaders. We look to provide a balance of practical and theoretical content through our course and have structured our full-time and part-time schedules to make space for this.If you are over the age of 21 and interested in finding out more about Catalyst Vineyard Leadership Academy visit our website.
God is moving in Ashford and he is stirring people to love well and to bring life to the 120,000 people of this town – and beyond!
God began to speak at the end of 2019 about setting up an academy where people are trained up specifically to release life into the city. The tag line for the academy is ‘Encounter / Equip / Experience’. Encountering God, equipping with tools and experiencing the Kingdom.
We will train people (interns) and release them into the city to bring life – the life that Jesus spoke of in John 10:10. Through teaching one evening per week, time out on the streets, time in the intern placement, reading and connecting into a thriving church that is committed to bringing life into our precious town, you will have the opportunity to be stretched and begin to live further into all that God has created you to be.
It will be a year like you have never experienced before. You will be changed, charged up and championed! This year will see interns being launched into our outward-focused areas of Ashford Vineyard. In future years, we are looking to work with city partners to host interns at their workplaces. Perhaps you would be interested in staying on and doing a second year?

From September, Trent’s Discipleship Year (DY) becomes ZŌÉ, which means life.
Jesus came to give us life and life to the full. ZŌÉ is a year built in community, designed to help you grow as you seek God, His life and His calling.
ZŌÉ will run from September to July for those in their 20s to 30s. It’s a part-time programme, typically three days a week, with a mixture of teaching and serving within the local church.

What treasure has God given you? If you’re curious to find out and want to make space to hear from God and be intentional about practicing the way of Jesus then we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll have opportunities both to be reflective and active, to hear and digest great teaching as well as serve and see the workings of a church plant up close. All this will be done in community where you’ll develop relationships we hope will come to feel like family.
The year will run from September 2021 to July 2022 and you will commit to being available on Fridays during this time.

Something about the word wild, nicely summed up the essence of the year being planned when it was mentioned in a meeting back in October 2018. There’s a song that was written at Vineyard 53 where God’s love is expressed as a river running wild. Something that sweeps us up, fills us with a new kind of life and power, and takes us on adventures and to new places as we reach out to build God’s kingdom.
During the WILD year we want to give you an opportunity to worship, invest, learn and dream, as you grow as a follower of Jesus, and get more involved in our V53 family.
WILD is a part-time programme that runs from September to July.

John Wimber, founder of the Vineyard movement, once said: ‘I want to grow up before I grow old. Initial conversion doesn’t ensure Christian maturity. We must be willing to patiently submit to and cooperate aggressively with the process of discipleship, understanding that there are no shortcuts to maturity.’
The Discipleship Year at York Vineyard is an opportunity to commit yourself wholeheartedly to this process of discipleship. Throughout the year we will mentor you; provide you with practical tools and advice; encourage and foster independent study and reflection; and give you the opportunity to serve the church in a variety of ways. The aim is that you will grow closer to God, grow in knowledge of God, grow in gifting, grow in servant heartedness, grow in character and grow in experience.

Encounter School of Mission is a 9 month journey of personal identity, spiritual authority, and equipping individuals to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the world.
ESOM comes in 3 options Onsite, Online and Internships. You can come join us here in Coleraine for the Onsite option that is a commitment of 12-13 hrs a week. If you are interested in investing more time you can intern in one of our departments described a little further down. Or maybe you are wanting to grow in these areas of your life but personal commitments mean you cannot join us Onsite? We would encourage you explore joining us Online.
This is not your typical Ministry School with 40% input, and 60% output. Our focus is on activating students in their spiritual gifts and equipping them to practically demonstrate God’s love in their community.
Classroom time is designed to challenge, inspire, and to bring teaching that brings you closer to the Father. There is a wide variety of In-house and guest speakers throughout the ESOM year. Including Peter Lynas, Mark Marx, Neil & Janet Young, Tre Sheppard, Mike Pilavachi, and Carrie Lloyd. Encountering his presence is a priority throughout the year. ESOM creates a space for the Holy Spirit to move in whatever way he wants to.
As part of the ESOM program, you can choose an Internship. Interns serve alongside different ministries at Causeway Coast Vineyard. They are a full-time commitment, equipping and providing opportunities for leadership development. Internships are available in the areas of Communications (including Events, Video Production & Graphic Design), ESOM & Missions, families, Worship and audio production, Vineyard Compassion, Under 18’s, and Operations.
In addition to all of this ESOM, also provides opportunities to build intentional community and life-long friendships through retreat, small groups, and other social activities throughout the year.
So Why not join the adventure?
Closing Dates:

(Applicants who live outside of the European Union and wish to be Onsite must apply by Friday 16th July 2021 to allow for visa processing time).

We often say that ‘discipleship is systematically rearranging our lives so we’re more like Jesus’. The DY is an amazing opportunity to give yourself wholeheartedly to this process for a year, where together we will explore your calling in life, invite you to learn new skills and give you opportunities to grow in your gifts.
This is more than a year out, it is 11 months to intentionally learn, serve & grow. DY is a year where we place ourselves before God and allow Him to be the one that shapes us, and helps us to become more like Jesus in every area of our lives.
