Southend Storehouse Foodbank and Cafe is part of Southend Vineyard’s ministry to the poor and needy with around 350 individuals coming to us every week. We are a passionate team who love Jesus and want the Kingdom to break into people’s lives. There are some exciting developments occurring, so we are praying ‘Lord send the workers!’
We are offering a 6 months fixed term contract, 22 hour s per week. £11.44 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience (possibility of this being extended.) If someone is re-locating, we will pursue options to help them, also the possibility of accommodation.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Engagement Manager to enhance the visibility and impact of the 422 Community Hub. This role will drive community engagement, increase room bookings, and deepen our impact through a new engagement strategy. You will work closely with local groups, organisations, and individuals to promote the Hub’s services, support volunteers, room hire, and the monitoring and evaluation of our services.
Accountable to: Compassion Manager and Business & Operations Manager
Responsible for: Building local and city-wide awareness of the 422 Community Hub, increasing engagement and bookings with local community groups and individuals with activities in 422 and hire spaces
Term: 30 – 37.5 hours a week. Initial 12 month fixed-term contract with capacity to extend. Subject to 6 months probationary period
Pay: 25-30k commensurate with experience

The Bookkeeper role at Epsom Vineyard is currently a Volunteer role, which was agreed to when EV was approx 1/10th of our current size. We have now recognised that this role needs to become a regular part time member of staff. We are looking to add to our team an experienced and/or qualified Bookkeeper, up to 8 hours per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, committed and experienced Youth and Kids Pastor who is excited by the idea of developing an already growing and vibrant kids and youth ministry within the church and reaching out into the wider community.
We believe children and young people’s engagement with church should be fun, safe and a great way to make friends whilst encountering Jesus and growing in their faith.
So many young people are struggling with the challenges of life and we are looking for a kids and youth pastor who is determined to reach out into the lives of young people so that they encounter the love and power of Jesus. We would love the successful candidate to creatively explore and plan for initiatives and events that gather young people who currently are not engaged with church.
The Kids and Youth Pastor will work with Senior Pastor Nicola Bass to develop curriculum for Sunday kids and youth groups, family devotional resources and events that build community and complement the curriculum.
We are also gathering a significant number of wonderful young people with additional needs and the successful candidate will work to develop further our SEND provision across the church.
As this is a full time role there may be other responsibilities included in the successful candidates role.
Contract: Fixed Term – Two Years (with possibility to extend)
Reports to: Nicola Bass (Senior Pastor)
Location: You will be based across our two sites (LVC Wallsend and LVC Marley Hill) during the week and on Sundays.
Basis of Employment: 37.5 hours per week (Full Time). We would be open to the role being part time for the right candidate.
Grade: This role could be either at Assistant Pastor ot Senior Assistant Pastor grade dependent on experiance.
Salary: £24,666 to £31,000 (depending on qualifications and experience.) plus 8% employer pension contributions.

Special Conditions of employment: There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a committed Christian and agrees with the Vineyard Churches statement of faith and the Evangelical Alliance position on marriage. (See links at the end of this document)

Lavington Vineyard Church (LVC) was planted in April 2014 and is part of the Association of Vineyard Churches-Kenya (AVC).
