Causeway Coast Vineyard (CCV) is a vibrant, pioneering, missional community in the north coast of Northern Ireland with around 700 people attending Sunday services. We are a church where lives are changing, a place where people are saying ‘yes’ to God and experiencing life in a fresh way.

As our 5-11s Kid’s Pastor you’ll be primarily responsible for the Sunday ministry that reaches a wide range of children leading them into a God-centred life. This Kid’s Pastor will also help us promote and develop the whole of our 5-11s ministry through regular and effective communication of values, vision and stories.

We’re recruiting for a full-time operations manager!
The Ops Manager will play a crucial role in all that happens behind the scenes at Birmingham Vineyard. They will work closely with the Senior Pastors to develop and implement an operational strategy in line with the mission and ethos of the church.
The Ops Manager will be involved in a wide variety of church operations including oversight of the church building and facilities, governance and policies, communications, and finance.
The Ops Manager will also have some line management responsibilities. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge in the areas listed above, as well as be competent in IT systems. They should have an attention to detail, be able to think strategically, and be capable of leading teams while maintaining a positive relationship with stakeholders.
As a staff team we understand the importance of strong and capable operational oversight. We truly believe that the right person in this role will not only strengthen the existing ministry of Birmingham Vineyard but will be the catalyst for growth and effectiveness as we seek to continue multiplying and reaching Birmingham with the love of Jesus.
Contract: Full time
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000

Serving those in need is at the heart of Riverside Vineyard Church. We’re looking for someone with passion & compassion to lead & develop our Money Advice Centre, part of our Compassion Centre. As well as managing a team of volunteers you will manage your own caseload, be the main point of contact with CMA (Community Money Advice) and lead us through the process of growing the Centre and exploring becoming a Debt Advice Centre.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and relational individual who is passionate about ministry to Children and Families. We believe our church’s vision to Worship God, Love others and Be Jesus in the World is not just for the grown-ups! We love to create accessible spaces where children can meet Jesus, say yes to following him and find a place to belong. There is no junior Holy Spirit and we love to equip children to reach the world around them with the love of God. We also work to support parents in their God-given role, bringing up their children in the way they should go and passing on faith. This person will be able to cast vision, think strategically and lead teams of volunteers whilst working together with the wider staff team to make children and families ministry work really well at Riverside Vineyard Church.

Farnham Vineyard is a growing church on a journey to become increasingly intercultural. We are looking to employ someone that loves Jesus and loves people. This is a full-time role created to help us embrace and continue to grow as a church, suitable for someone with a calling to leadership. The ideal candidate will have the skills to effectively lead both services and teams of volunteers, a passion and vision for youth discipleship, and an ability to communicate clearly both in person and via social media. You’ll also have the desire to learn and grow in wider leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
o Be a core part of the FV staff team including:
Leading / ministering alongside other staff and voluntary leaders at Sunday services, including specifically the Sunday evening service.
Be an active part of the FV pastoral team, engaging with the congregation (specifically youth & the parents of youth), attending staff meetings etc.
Oversee and manage a compassion ministry to serve the community, for example building a weekly lunchtime ministry for those in our community that are in need of friendship.
o Lead our growing youth ministry including:
Taking responsibility for a weekly Friday night youth group that is accessible to unchurched youth, including recruiting and overseeing a team to deliver.
Creating or using a curriculum for 3 Sunday mornings a month, age appropriate for youth sessions, working with a team of volunteers to deliver discipleship.
Creating a regular, weekly session for discipleship of older youth (years 10 +)
Build collaboration with local churches, schools and community groups including leading assemblies and supporting CUs at local schools.
Connecting with the wider Vineyard movement and engaging with local and national Vineyard youth initiatives such as DTI and DTI Nano.
