Volunteer Placement
Ministry Students (Youth and Children) alongside St Mellitus College.
Do you have a passion to see the next generation meeting Jesus and following him? Do you have an interest in studying Theology and want to gain experience at the same time?
We are looking for 2 Ministry Students to work alongside either our Youth Ministry or our Children’s Ministry. These part-time volunteer positions will enable you to gain vital ministry experience in a diverse setting whilst studying for a BA(Hons) in Theology Ministry and Mission at St Mellitus College (London). Working with the Children, Youth and Families Pastor, you will see first hand what goes into providing youth and children’s ministry in a large multisite church.
Students will have opportunities to develop in different areas of ministry and giftings. There is some financial support for studying as well as other benefits provided. We are a multicultural team and encourage applications from all backgrounds.

Are you an experienced leader & pioneer who longs to see people flourish? Carrickfergus Vineyard are looking for an Assistant Pastor to join our staff team to support the Senior Pastors in the leadership and development of the church and our ministries, and the spiritual formation of our people, as we move into a new season of growth.
The appointment will be for 30 hours per week, based in the church offices & Sunday venue, and will initially be for a period of one year with the possibility of extension. We are looking for a devoted follower of Jesus with strong initiative and a heart for compassion as the role involves overseeing this ministry.

As a volunteer, anti-poverty charity Vineyard Compassion are employing a new staff member to be our Compassion Support Manager.
The Compassion Support Manager will develop, co-ordinate, and manage staff and service delivery that offer practical help and emotional support to vulnerable individuals and families in the community who are experiencing a range of complex needs. They will carry responsibility for the development and oversight of Compassion Support services such as The Open Door (drop-in & mobile) while also managing a number of staff (Compassion Support Workers) who deliver these services. They will be influential in working with others in one to one and group work both at a client level and at a supervisory level providing support, structure, and development to staff and volunteers. The role will require a high commitment to safeguarding and reflective practice.

As a volunteer, anti-poverty charity Vineyard Compassion are employing a new staff member to provide administrative support to help coordinate our Emotional Wellbeing Service (EWS).
The EWS Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration & coordination of the EWS under the direction & line management of the EWS Leads. The EWS Leads are responsible for the strategic development of the EWS, which would be both implemented & coordinated by the post-holder. The EWS Coordinator will therefore be responsible for setting up systems & processes that facilitate the expansion & smooth running of the service. The post-holder will coordinate the various strands that make up the service, engaging with counsellors, group facilitators & project leaders to ensure clients have a clear pathway to wellbeing & resilience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work alongside the Students and Young Adults Pastor. The post holder will be responsible for organising events and pastorally leading within the Young Adults and Student communities at Trent Vineyard.

Bognor Vineyard are praying for an individual or married couple to fill the role of Assistant Pastor(s) to help them see more lives transformed by the love of God.
