Role: Senior Pastor
Location: Bognor Regis, West Sussex
Pension: A staff pension with an employer contribution is provided in this role
Salary: £34-38K depending on experience, pro-rata for part-time.
Hours of Work: Full time

Bognor Vineyard Church is growing a welcoming, transformative, supernatural and compassionate church community pursuing God’s heart for the Bognor Regis area.
Bognor Vineyard is located on the south coast of the UK in Bognor Regis, and people call us home as far as Selsey to the west, Worthing to the east, and Chichester to the north. We were planted by Portsmouth Vineyard in 1999 and meet in schools and community centres in the Bognor area. We currently have around 50 people attending Sunday morning services. We have our own building in the centre of town for admin, prayer, worship and outreach in addition to two flats, which we rent out.

Job Summary
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Pastor or Senior Pastors who share our heart to continue growing a welcoming, transformative, supernatural and compassionate church community pursuing God’s heart for the Bognor Regis area. We are open to appointing an individual or a couple to the role of Senior Pastor(s). If a couple applies, we will explore at interview how each person’s employment would be structured. The ideal candidate will be passionate about adopting a hands-on approach to building on our heritage and seeking God’s heart and vision for us with authenticity and humility.
