Sutton Vineyard is seeking a dedicated Youth Pastor to nurture and guide our young people in their spiritual journey. This is a unique opportunity to join a church committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of young people in our borough.
While the role is a 12 month fixed term maternity cover, we’re looking for someone who shares our vision for growth, spiritual development and community outreach.
Whether you are an experienced youth pastor, someone stepping into ministry for the first time, or currently training for ministry, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities, Experience and Skills
The Youth Pastor will be responsible for leading and developing the Youth Ministry at Sutton Vineyard. This includes planning and leading weekly groups, organising social events, and providing spiritual guidance and mentorship to young people. They will oversee and continue to develop our volunteer team creating a thriving youth communit

Reporting to: Senior Pastor
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week. Includes Sundays and some evenings.
Salary: £34,944 per annum plus pension
Term: Fixed term 12 month Maternity Cover
Principle Workplace: Oru Co working Space, 7 Throwley Way, Sutton, SM1 1AF
Start Date: As soon as practically possible

The Role
Vineyard Compassion provides people with practical and emotional support at their point of need while empowering them to tackle the underlying root causes of poverty through a range of innovative projects. As an anti-poverty charity Vineyard Compassion are employing a new staff member to be our Provisions Manager.
This role will carry responsibility for the vision, leadership, delivery and development of the various provision projects within Vineyard Compassion (Foodbank, RESET Social Supermarket, Donations Centre, Clothing, Toiletries etc) which are distributed to vulnerable individuals and families in the community who are experiencing a range of complex needs. The role will also manage staff to facilitate the various aspects of these projects along with oversight of a team of volunteers.

Job role:
We are seeking a new Senior Pastor to lead our church deeper into our encounter with God, and into a new season of mission and growth. This is an exciting
opportunity to lead a church with a solid foundation of faith and significant outreach opportunities through our Foodbank and other community activities.
Our ideal candidate will be a passionate spiritual leader, a compelling Bible communicator, and a nurturing pastor committed to relational ministry. The successful applicant will have completed a level of theological training and have at least two years of pastoral experience within a Vineyard Church or a church stream with similar values. They will also have good people and managerial skills, being able to oversee teams and develop leaders.
Details:
Terms: This is a full-time position, though part-time and bi-vocational arrangements would be considered, as would a couple job-sharing the appointment.
Start date: The successful applicant would ideally be in place to start the role in late Spring/early Summer 2026.

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Administrator to join our Finance and Legal Team (FLT). In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our team, providing essential support to the General Counsel and the wider FLT. Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging in the areas of legal compliance and financial support.
This will cover policy management, research and reporting on the current legislative agenda, safeguarding and HR administration, basic financial admin and general office administration. This is full-time position, based in Hull.

The Compassion Support Manager (& Safeguarding Lead) will carry responsibility for the vision, leadership, delivery and development of the Open Door project and wider Compassion Support Services (person centred support). They will lead, develop, and manage staff and service delivery to offer practical help and emotional support to vulnerable individuals and families in the community who are experiencing a range of complex needs. They will also carry responsibility as the VC Safeguarding Lead, both functioning as a Designated Safeguarding Officer and overseeing the other DSO’s.

The Role
The Assistant Pastor role – exists to help bring the vision of Hope Vineyard Sunderland to life by supporting oversight of the practical, logistical, and operational life of the church. This role supports the Lead Pastors and wider leadership by ensuring that our people, places and systems run smoothly. You’ll combine pastoral sensitivity with strategic execution, servant-hearted leadership with an eye for detail — making it possible for ministry and community to flourish in a Spirit-led, Jesus-centred church. This role combines practical service, pastoral development, and leadership formation in a growing church family.
