We would love it if you could join us for a relaxing and enriching day exploring some contemplative practises to help us connect more fully with God. Going deeper into the Father’s love. Space to breathe deeply – to know & be known. We will use a mixture of spiritual exercises to help us move from head to heart, to know the love that surpasses knowledge, to be refreshed at the depths of our being.

This event is open to anyone who attends a Vineyard church.

Please bring a Bible, notepad, and pen.
