We’re looking for pioneering and catalytic people from all walks of life to plant new Vineyard churches in towns and cities across the UK and Ireland.

Multiply Vineyard exists to support you on the journey as you step towards all that God is calling you to. Planting a new church is not easy, but there is no need to do it alone. The Vineyard movement has been planting churches for over 40 years, and in that time we have developed substantial wisdom and experience in helping new churches to become established and to thrive.

There is no “one size fits all” model, and every local community is different, so we are committed to supporting you as you discern the kind of leader God is calling you to become, and the kind of church that God is calling you to lead.

Every church plant has

Three Steps

In the Vineyard, we say that every church plant has 3 phases:
Get Clear, Get Ready and Get Going.

The Discernment Phase

This is the journey of discerning, within community, whether there is a call from God to church planting and if there is, some of the specifics of that call. This phase is a collaboration between you, your local church, and the wider Vineyard family.

The Preparation Phase

During this phase the Multiply team will train you to plant a church and provide all the resources that you’ll need to get going.

Get Ready

The Establishment Phase

Once you’ve been commissioned to plant a church and you’re beginning to actually do it, we’ll place you in a supportive cohort of people in a similar situation and provide step-by-step mentoring to give you the best possible start.

Discernment Guides

Discernment Guides are stationed at all the college campuses across the UK and Ireland and are there to offer you support, whether you're a college student or not, as you explore whether church planting or some other form of ministry is for you.

THE CALL

The Call is a space for those who feel God is calling them to leadership within the Vineyard, to explore who God has made you to be, what he has made you to do and what’s next in answering the call he has put on your life.

Whether you want to be trained to plant a church, lead a ministry area, press into succession plans or simply continue exploring God’s call on your life, this is for you.
