Operations Manager (Part-Time)

Bognor Vineyard is a growing church with an emphasis on Family and Compassion Ministries in our Community. Our vision is to ‘Love our Community into a relationship with Jesus, grow Disciples and do ‘what we see the Father doing.’
Our Main Sunday Services take place in our local secondary School and University Campus but we have a number of premises within our town centre from which we run our Office and Compassion Ministries.
We are now seeking to employ an Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing all the Business aspects of Bognor Vineyard. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a management role within either a Church, Charity or Small Business.
The role of the Operations Manager will be to manage the Financial, Legal, Personnel and Property Management responsibilities of Bognor Vineyard Church Charity and its Trading Company on behalf of the Senior Pastors and Trustees as well as overseeing the day to day running of our office and staff.
Our successful candidate will join our Trustees Team and report directly to Senior Pastors Jan and Lisa van Driel and our Trustees.
This is a Part Time Post – Hours: 12 – 18 per week.
Salary will be dependent on previous experience and qualifications.
Please note: This role carries with it an Occupational Requirement for the employee to be a professing, actively worshipping Christian who desires and is committed to live according to the ethos of the Church and the Statement of Faith as set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Bognor Vineyard Church. Your appointment and continued employment in this role are dependent on this requirement. In order for the employee to be successful in the role we would expect them to become and remain a regular attendee of Bognor Vineyard Church.
