Women's Conference: Information

With the Women's Conference fast approaching, we have put together some information that we help will be useful as you plan your time at the conference.

Registration at the conference

Registration opens at 5.30pm on Friday 10th June, whilst the evening session begins at 7.00pm.

In order to allow easy registration, please print your ticket before arriving at the conference and have it ready when you register, we will also be accepting tickets shown on mobile devices. Upon registering at the conference you will receive a conference programme and name badge.

Parking and Lift Sharing

Free parking is available onsite. Where possible please lift share to reduce the number of cars at the conference; please also add extra time to your journey to allow for the simultaneous arrival of all delegates and the subsequent busy car parks. Our parking stewards, who have graciously volunteered their time, would greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding throughout the conference.

Lunch

Please note that Lunch is provided on Saturday 11th.

Bookings

If you have booked other people into the conference, their ticket will be emailed to the email address provided when they registered. The conference is completely sold out and no more tickets are available at this point.
